3. No Child Accounts
Ref Marty does not require children to:

- Create a username
- Create a password
- Sign in
- Submit personal information
The App is designed to be operated by a responsible adult.
4. No Behavioral Profiles
Ref Marty does not create behavioral profiles or maintain behavior records on our servers.
Behavior management decisions remain entirely under the control of parents, guardians, caregivers, and educators.
5. In-App Purchases
Any purchases associated with Ref Marty should be made only by an adult using the appropriate app marketplace.
Children should not make purchases without the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian.
6. If We Become Aware of Information Collected from a Child
If we learn that a child has submitted personal information directly to us without appropriate parental involvement, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as quickly as practical.
Parents and guardians who believe this has occurred are encouraged to contact us immediately.

Parents and legal guardians may contact us at any time to:
- Ask questions about our privacy practices.
- Request deletion of information they have voluntarily submitted.
- Report privacy concerns involving children.
- Request additional information regarding our data practices.

As Ref Marty continues to grow, additional features may be introduced.
If a future version of Ref Marty requires the collection of additional information relating to children, we will update this Children’s Privacy Policy before those features become available and, where required by law, obtain appropriate parental consent.
